Define standard solutions here by their base name, without _N. Two codes combine as ST242+ST368. The sequence adds the numeric suffix: within a bracket, _N is the bracket number, not a replicate.

Each standard's role (system suitability, bracket group, or excluded) is chosen in step 3.

A layout sets the tray shape (grid: Pos./row, Last row, Last tray — or flat: just the total position count, in the same first field). Pick one per equipment, then set “First vial” for the run.

Linear ramp between breakpoints; the last row's composition is held through the rest of the run and the post-run. One row (isocratic) is a valid gradient.

Solvent per preparation

Standards rarely share one volume — ST135 and ST135 SR are usually made up differently. Set each standard's own volume in the Standards catalogue (step 2, "Prep ml" column) and in each batch's "Standards prepared from the sample" table (step 1). The defaults below only cover the sample preparations themselves (TEST/SR/AB…), one volume per type. Preparations sharing a vial (linked with ⛓, or the batch's "share a vial" option) are counted once, not once per name.

Import CSV columns

OpenLab compares headers literally. The file can include fewer columns than the table (missing ones keep the default value), but never more.
